When the KnowledgeWorker? serves the tech, instead of the tech serving the KnowledgeWorker?, we have a problem. This is not to say that sometimes there is not a need to create tech to serve other tech, which eventually and indirectly serves the KnowledgeWorker?. But it is easy to get stuck in an infinite loop of TechQuaTech which never links itself to an application that serves a human being. It is also hard to tell the difference when a particular tech just simply requires a very long chain of self-feeding tech before it reaches ThePeople?.
