Where does one go to get the SilverFox theme? Or does it come with the Conundrum Soft Duality program?

Also, I was trying to find a theme named Grey Aqua, referenced in several sites but all point to a non-existing .Mac account. Do you know where this can be found?

Reason - I am trying to find a theme that will improve the UI performance on OS X (10.2.6).
