XoxoOutliner exploits the native DOM structures of microformats (ie. XOXO) in a web browser to implement a web-based outliner.

In a lot of ways, this is a much, much less ambitious spin-off from Micronian.
I've been working on browser-based outlining off and on for awhile now. This little project is an attempt to put the pieces together to build a useful outliner. So far, I plan to speak both XOXO and OPML. In addition, I plan to support loading/saving outlines via the OPML Community Server API in XML-RPC (see: OpmlServer) and possibly the Atom Publishing Protocol.
More news soon - at the moment, the pieces are still strewn all over the floor.
