FeedMagick is a set of URL-line tools written in PHP used for filtering, converting, and otherwise munging XML syndication feeds in RSS and Atom formats.

Background

There's a demo installation of FeedMagick installed here, using a fresh checkout from SVN.

The project and its name draw inspiration from ImageMagick.
