This is an IRC chatbot, written in Perl, which can post links to del.icio.us.

Background
When del.icio.us was young, a bunch of people on #joiito wanted a bot they could use to post links to del.icio.us from in-channel. Among a very few other things, that's what this bot does.
The only bit that I really wrote is source:trunk/chomp-bot/chompbot.perl The rest is an ancient version of a bot called "workbench", which is a pretty nifty project on its own.
