		<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually, there was a reasonable amount of work done back when Jeremy first came up with the proposal, most of which I codified here  and here.  It was done without acrynomy, too. Maybe that's why people were not interested in starting from there and instead preferred to start all over again.&lt;/p&gt;
