AmphetaOutlines fix download page fixed

D’oh. Just realized that the download link for the fixed AmphetaOutlines was at the bottom of the page, so I was puzzled that I kept getting emails about it doing the same broken things. I seem to be missing many things lately. :)

Anyway, the correct download is here:

This should include the corrected “URL=” redirect.
