  Toggle children visibility.

  Navigate outline item selection.

  Shift + ←↑↓→

  Move selected outline item.

  ⇥ / Shift + ⇥

  Indent / outdent selected item.

  Ctrl + ←→

  Open / close outline parent item.

  Ctrl + ↑↓

  Open / close all child items of a parent.

  Backspace

  Delete selected item.
